Massage used for helping Hospice Patients.
It is nothing new to hear about massage as a way to feel good and remain healthy. Physicians have found that massage has helped patients who are recieving hospice care need Massage therapy.Hospice patients find out first hand how important massage is for comfort and pain relief. Massage for pain management is just as much if not more effective than medication. Not to mention nothing can replace the compasion that they feel when being touched by a human rather than having a medical professional push meds in their system.
If you have a loved one that is suffering from a fatal illness please make sure to see if it is possible to get a medical release from a physician for them to recieve massages on a regular basis.
If you know someone who is in hospice they probably are already recieving massages on a regular basis because hospice has realized how important massage is for health issues and pain management they have funded this service at no extra cost to clients.
