LAUGHING SESSIONS with Mary Beth Thesing
Tuesdays May 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th; 5:00 – 5:30 pm
Are you missing something in your in life? It could be LAUGHTER! The average adult laughs 17 times a day! In times such as ours, we need laughter more than ever! Laughter helps us reduce stress, increase immunity, ease pain and sleep better. Laughter is our body’s own natural medicine!

THE INNER DIAMOND WORKSHOP with Mary Jorgensen, L.I.F.E. Coach

Mary Jorgensen will lead you through a 4-step process to celebrate the power and beauty of the jewel within you. Just as every gem is uniquely exquisite, your brilliant inner light can shine and guide you to abundance in your work, relationships, and wellness. You’ll develop your own plan and receive an attractive gift to take home as a reminder.

MANAGING JOB STRESS WITH EFT with Terri Webb, EFT Practitioner

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques™) is a powerful tool to help you uncover and deactivate the emotional drivers that affect how you react to stress.

YOGA with Bethany Atwell
Every Monday; 6:00 – 7:00 pm
“Inhale Strength, Exhale Stress”. Discover a workout that can make profound changes in your body, mind and spirit that no other exercise can bring. Our 60 minute Yoga workouts combine deep breathing, stretching, strength, balance, cardiovascular exercise and a cool down. Anyone, regardless of body type, age, experience or physical abilities can practice yoga – flexibility is NOT a requirement. Beginners welcome! Please bring your own mat!
Cost: $7 per class
EFT CIRCLE with Terri Webb, EFT Practitioner
Every Tuesday; 5:30 – 6:30 pm
EFT CIRCLE is a powerful and very supportive environment. Each session will be lead by a practitioner and provided tools to facilitate progress. You receive ongoing support from members who face similar goals and challenges. Previous EFT experience is suggested.
Cost: $10 each night
To register, you will need to either pay at Rising Sun Wellness or call with a credit card number. In the event that your plans change and you can’t come to a class for which you’ve registered, please call so someone else can fill your slot. Cancellations will be fully refunded if called in 24 hours prior to the class. Classes also have minimums; in cases where minimum class size is not reached by two days prior to class, the class may be cancelled or re-scheduled.
