Happy Healthy Living is an 8-week program dedicated to assist you in creating healthy habits with the use of a weekly checklist and to help you overcome your emotional eating through a technique called E.F.T. In this class, we will use E.F.T. to stop your cravings within minutes and help you to identify and eliminate the triggers that cause overeating.
A commitment of 8 weeks is required for only $80.00.
